Building excellence since 2016
Siyakhaya Construction & Civils is a multi-disciplinary building and civil engineering company focusing on building, civils and mining.
About Siyakhaya
Established in 2016 by Kunal Umrao and Pooja Umrao, Siyakhaya Construction & Civils has been growing itself with each project successfully completed — hence giving us the brand “Building Excellence”.
What began as a Durban-based building contractor has matured into a multi-disciplinary construction business spanning luxury estate homes, medium-to-large civil contracts, commercial fit-outs and mining infrastructure. Our teams bring 30+ years of individual industry experience to every site.
As of 2024, Siyakhaya Construction & Civils has gone international, opening offices in Mauritius and working alongside international construction companies to provide infrastructure and services on an international level — capped by the formation of Siyakhaya Construction & Civils LLC in Dubai.
